Saeco Incanto - one amazing machine!
My wife and I recently got this machine as a gift from her company. We opened it up, and followed the quick start guide. Within about 5-10 minutes, the machine was setup, primed, and we were drinking our first cups of espresso!
The machine is very easy to use, and surprisingly easy to clean as well. The steamer is incredibly fast. After a few grinder settings, and turning that SBS knob all the way to the right, we were able to make very nice espressos and cappuccinos. This super-automatic truly justifies the price tag. Our drip machine is now in permanent storage.
I'm not an expert on great coffee, or some critic who slurps and spits and gives you a 10 page report. However, I've had lots of different types of coffee, and I know what tastes good to me. This machine just so happens to make some of the best coffee / espresso that I've ever tasted. I'm sure some critics might disagree on this, but they also seem to imply that everyone has an unlimited budget or that...
Good Coffee
The machine is easy to use and makes really good coffee.
The milk frother works better than on my previous Saeco Italia and produces Perfect foam every time.
Love it!
Typical Saeco quality
I bought this machine as a christmas present for my parents a little over a year ago, and they love it! It's very well designed, easy to use, easy to clean, and makes wonderful coffee.
The compact design is perfect to save space in small kitchens, but if you are not space-constrained you should consider the Vienna model (or, if you are a cappuccino drinker, the Vienna Deluxe) which are considerably cheaper and offer the same features and reliability in a slightly larger package.
You can't go wrong with Saeco!
