This electronic scale allows you to add ingredients by resetting to zero after every addition. I use fewer dishes and it is amazingly accurate. I love this scale and would have no other. It measures in both liquid and dry ingredients. In ml, fluid ounces, kg, pounds, ounces, grams.....I do keep it in a zip-lock plastic bag so make sure it stays clean, but it isn't necessary....I just love it so much..by the way...this review is by Jack's wife....
