High quality hostess set
I bought these on clearance at a local department store and am very satisfied with this hostess set Ricci Anvil 5-Piece Stainless-Steel Flatware Hostess Set. The pieces are a great size and have good weight. They complement my Anvil 5-piece place settings Ricci Anvil 5-Piece Stainless-Steel Flatware Place Setting, Service for 1 very nicely.
I recently ordered eight of the Anvil 5-piece place settings online from a big department store. My first order of four settings were made in China. The second order of four settings were made in Indonesia. Mind you, both orders shipped out of the same warehouse. The hostess set I bought locally was made in China. I'm keeping the China place settings because I like the design and sparkle better. When you hold the Chinese pieces next to the Indonesian pieces, there are obvious differences...
Excellent product as long as it is made in China
This product was excellent. We are trying to complete our set of Anvil. We have pieces that we bought about 4 years ago made in China and the new pieces match very well for design, sparkle and embossing.
We tried to get other 5 piece place settings, but they are no longer made in China (made in Indonesia) and they are a major disappointment (inconsistent embossing and lack of sparkle).
Stainless flatware hostess set
I was very pleased with my order of Ricci stainless flatware. It was packaged nicely, ready for gift wrap, and I thought it was a nice gift for my granddaughter for her wedding gift.
