Not compatible with flat top electric stoves
I ordered this item and was excited about using it, but I had to return it. Its not listed in the item description, but on the box it says the griddle is not compatible with flat top stoves.
Reversible Grill/Griddle is GREAT VALUE
This is a superb product. It works great in both modes and really does defrost things quickly as well...something I was a little sceptical of.
Compared to the price for grill pans it was a REAL bargain and does the job as well or better because there are no issues of being able to get at the meat to turn it. I would love a bigger one that covers more than one burner!
Great product
I use this constantly! I'm not all that into using an outdoor grill, so this is perfect! It's just the right size for 2 - 4 pieces of chicken, portobello mushrooms, burgers, steaks and it washes up in a snap.
